Returns and Refunds

90 Day Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we refund your full order. You do not need to send anything back.

 The guarantee applies to your first order with us. To use it, email hello@aubiome.com with your order number. We refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right applies alongside our guarantee and is not affected by it.

To use your right of withdrawal, email hello@aubiome.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

For hygiene and health reasons, sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal. Opened jars from your first order are still covered by our 90 day guarantee above.

Return Shipping

You pay the cost of returning goods to us under the statutory right of withdrawal. We recommend a tracked service, since we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return or your withdrawal notice, whichever applies. Original shipping costs are refunded for full returns under the right of withdrawal. Return shipping is not refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email hello@aubiome.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
